Good question!

We speak together and arrange a "pop in" visit so you and the prospective client can see what we do first hand. The prospective client can come with a parent, carer or someone else.
All going well, after this visit, three free assessment sessions then follow - they can be of any length - the only criteria is that the client can come on three separate occasions to give us a try and with no obligation to join. These three three assessment sessions could be three whole Mondays in a row over 3 weeks or on a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoon for a couple of hours. It's up to you. The only criteria is that the three sessions need to be on three separate occasions. The client can come accompanied by a parent or carer on these assessment sessions.
After the three assessment sessions, we then have a chat and discuss the potential of starting a contract and then we can also start talking about funding. Many clients get funding from the authorities, such as Medway Council or Kent County Council. We can often help with the funding funding application as we are well known to these councils as we are contracted providers for them.
If you have not already completed it, the online application form will need to be completed. There is also a second online form that will need to be completed and this is the risk assessment form so we know about all the risks, behaviours and medical conditions that we need to be aware of.
If you cannot get funding, we can still provide a service on a private payer arrangement and we do give a discount to make this more affordable.
